Our Vision
As daughters of God, inspired by scripture, and informed
by heritage and history, we are convinced that God continues
to call us to be an intentionally inclusive structure
empowering all Disciples Women to be full partners in the
life of the whole church.
Our
Goal
Our goal is to an organization where every woman is
valued, nurtured and encouraged to use her gifts for the
whole body of Christ; one that ministers to, with, for and
by all women; and one that is anti-racist and
pro-reconciling.

“Body & Soul”
Deepening our spirituality; Renewing our health;
Claiming our hope
“Body &
Soul” challenges the women of the church to see the connections
of our bodies, minds, and spirits. If we are to love God with
our whole heart, soul, mind and strength, it is important that
we understand how these facets of ourselves interconnect. We
seek to explore the meaning of healthy physical, emotional, and
spiritual lives so that we might glorify the God who made us as
whole people.

Discovering Women of the Bible
In the
stories of biblical women of faith are hidden our own tears and
laughter, our anger and joy, our exaltation and despair, but
always we will perceive ourselves in new ways as one in faith
with the women of the Bible, children of God made in the image
of the Creator, one with women of faith in every time and place.
